Inclusion criteria

The retina was successfully restored 2 months after vitrectomy, but the visual acuity recovered poorly; (2) Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is mainly rod cell degeneration; 4. Corrected visual acuity: BCVA <= 0.1; 5. There was no proliferative membrane and edema in the macula; 6. Refractive media did not affect the observation of fundus; 7. There were no other retinal and optic neuropathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Ocular refractive media opacity (such as corneal leukoplakia, cataract, etc.); 3. Complicated with other fundus diseases (such as glaucoma, venous obstruction, etc.); 4. It is complicated with serious primary diseases and psychosis such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5.
