25 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single ischemic stroke in the left hemisphere (the diagnosis is in line with the consensus of "key points for diagnosis of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China 2019" formulated by the cerebrovascular disease group of Neurology branch of Chinese Medical Association); 2. The course of disease is more than 1 week; 3. Aged 25 to 80 years old, male or female; 4. Right handedness; 5. Junior high school degree or above; 6. AQ < 93.8; 7. Self speaking barrier, but good listening comprehension, can follow instructions; 8. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of brain surgery; 2. Seizure history within one year; 3. Sensitive scalp; 4. Emotional instability; 5. Those with other basic diseases and unstable condition; 6. Contraindications to MRI.
