Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis as dyslipidemia with LDL-C >= 4.1 mmol/L or TC >= 6.2 mmol/L; 2. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 3. Male and female; 4. Good compliance, can cooperate with research investigation, comply with standardized nutrition management and sign informed consent; 5. Medication was basically stable during the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, endocrine system diseases, infectious diseases or mental disorders; 2. Continuous use of antibiotics within the past 1 month; 3. Allergy or poor compliance to intervention capsules; 4. Unable to continue to complete the intervention study or affecting the results due to other reasons.
