Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the 4th National cerebrovascular disease academic conference in 1995; 2. Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT or MRI; 3. Conscious and stable vital signs; 4. First onset, duration 2 weeks to 12 months; 5. Aged 18 years and over, male or female; 6. The affected upper extremity of the subjects had active anti-gravity motion, including at least 10 degrees of shoulder flexion and abduction, and 10 degrees of elbow flexion and extension; 7. Voluntarily participate, and the subjects or their families sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate and severe cognitive impairment, Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) = 7 points.
