Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis by CT, MRI, etc.; 2. Admission to the hospital within 72 hours of the onset of illness; 3. GCS score of 3 to 8, that is, severe head injury with coma; 4. Aged 18 to 75 years; 5. Gender is not limited; 6. All close relatives and family members agree to conduct the study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With serious multiple injuries (fractures other than skulls, hemopsyothorax, hepatosplenyl pancreas and kidney rupture, etc.); 2. There is a history of serious infection or myocardial infarction within half a year; 3. Suffering from autoimmune diseases or blood diseases; 4. Severe language function or hearing impairment; 5. Previous head trauma, intracranial occupancy; 6. Patients with hemangiomas, vascular malformations, vasculitis and severe heart, lung, liver, kidney failure, pregnancy and known malignant tumors; 7. Persons with mental or serious psychological abnormalities; 8. Can not cooperate with the completion of various inspections.
