18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years (including 18 and 70 years); 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I and II; 4. Hysteroscopic surgery under selective intravenous anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative abnormal liver and kidney function (preoperative liver enzyme index or creatinine exceeded the upper limit of normal by 1.5 times); 2. Heart failure; 3. Arrhythmia; 4. Morbid obesity; 5. Bronchial asthma; 6. Abnormal coagulation function; 7. History of cerebrovascular accident, increased intracranial pressure and intracranial space occupying lesions; 8. Patients with previous dependence or allergy to analgesic and narcotic drugs; 9. Unable to cooperate for various reasons.
