Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung surgery is planned; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. ASA grade: I to III; 4. BMI: 18 - 35 Kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with gastrointestinal diseases such as gastric ulcer, gastrointestinal tumor, intestinal obstruction, pyloric obstruction, gastroesophageal reflux disease, etc.; 2. Patients with severe anemia and severe malnutrition before surgery (hemoglobin concentration 8.0 mmol /L, or postprandial blood glucose > 11.0 mmol/L); 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases, hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism, myasthenia gravis and other diseases requiring long-term steroid use.
