Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for Type 2 diabetes: Type 2 diabetes was diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of China's Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 edition), as follows: Typical diabetes symptoms plus random blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L or fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L or OGTT 2 h blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L or HbA1c >= 6.5%; 2. MAFLD inclusion criteria: According to the evidence of liver steatosis (abdominal pa/suggest liver steatosis), based on the evidence of liver steatosis (abdominal pa/suggest liver steatosis), in combination with one of the following three criteria, namely, overweight/obesity and type 2 diabetes or metabolic disorders, are evidence that there are at least two kinds of abnormal metabolic risk: waist size 90/80 cm or more (Asian men and women); Blood pressure is 130/85 mmHg or higher; Plasma triglyceride >= 150 mg/dl(>= 1.70 mmol/L); Plasma lipoprotein cholesterol = 2.5; Plasma high sensitive c-reactive protein level > 2mg/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of diabetes, acute complications of diabetes (hyperosmolar hyperglycemic coma, ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis), acute and chronic patients; 2. Other endocrine diseases (thyroid diseases, pituitary tumors, Cushing syndrome, etc.); 3. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, pregnancy, polycystic ovary syndrome, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, severe blood system diseases, etc.; 4. Subjects with a history of other liver diseases and liver virus infection and a history of stress (surgery, trauma, mental stimulation) in the last 3 months were excluded.
