Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complete clinical data and follow-up information who received pulmonary metastasis surgery in our department; 2. The primary tumor was resected and pathologically confirmed as osteosarcoma; 3. Patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before primary tumor resection and regular adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery; 4. After repeated chest CT follow-up, the patient was diagnosed as pulmonary metastasis and confirmed by postoperative pathology as pulmonary metastasis of osteosarcoma by consultation of radiology department, medical oncology department and thoracic surgery department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Absence of clinical and pathological data; 2. The primary tumor was not resected or the site of the primary tumor recurred again; 3. Patients with non-osteosarcoma lung metastasis confirmed by postoperative pathology; 4. Patients with lung metastasis not completely resected; 5. Patients who did not receive normal adjuvant chemotherapy after primary tumor resection.
