Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The selected patients all meet the diagnostic criteria revised by the Fourth Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in China; 2. This is the first time for patients with ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke; 3. It is confirmed by cranial CT or MRI Lateral brain tissue damage; 4. Brunnstrom staging assessment of the lower extremities on the hemiplegic side can reach stage II-VI; 5. Stable vital signs, no hyperalgesia and healthy skin; 6. Clear mind and no obvious cognitive dysfunction; 7. Patients who are willing to cooperate with various evaluation examinations in clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have metal implants or other conditions that affect MRI scans; 2. Patients with previous or existing peripheral nerve damage in the limbs; 3. Patients with hearing impairment, comprehension impairment, and impaired speech function that affect general communication; 4. Excluding brain patients with limited range of motion of the lower extremity joints on the affected side due to stroke; 5. History of epilepsy.
