Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 70 years; 2. Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes With Controllable Blood Glucose; 3. Texas Grade 2-3 diabetic foot without infectious disease in other parts of the body; 4. Sufficient blood supply or mild ischemia in the ulcerated limb, ankle-brachial blood pressure ratio ABI between 0.6 to 1.3, or transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure TCPO2 >= 20 MMHG; 5. Ulcer Area Greater Than 1 CM2; 6. Good compliance; 7. Signed informed consent and dated.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women, or women of childbearing age who do not use contraception; 2. Allergic patients; 3. Diabetes Mellitus complicated with acute complication; 4. Malignant lesion in the ulcer; 5. Malnutrition, Hemoglobin = 180/110 mmHg; 7. Suffering from severe cardiac, or liver, or Renal, or other organ dysfunction; 8. Alcohol or drug abusers; 9. Expected survival time less than 6 months; 10. The researchers considered the subjects to be potentially at risk or to have any other factors that interfered with the subjects.
