Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The selected patients all meet the diagnostic criteria revised by the Fourth Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in my country; 2. This is the first time with ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke; 3. It is confirmed by CT or MRI of the brain to be one Lateral brain tissue injury; 4. The Brunnstrom staging assessment of the hemiplegic side can reach stage ?-?; 5. Stable vital signs, no hyperalgesia, and healthy skin; 6. Clear mind and no obvious cognitive dysfunction; 7. Willing to cooperate with various clinical trials Evaluate the patient for examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are metal implants or other conditions that affect MRI scanning; 2. Patients who have suffered or have peripheral nerve damage in the limbs; 3. Patients who have hearing impairment, comprehension impairment and speech function which affect general communication; 4. Exclude brain Patients with limited range of motion of the lower extremity joint caused by stroke; 5. Have a history of epilepsy.
