Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Meet the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes (2017 Edition) and WHO diagnostic criteria (1999 edition); 3. No metabolic surgery was performed; 4. Fasting blood glucose (FPG) <= 15.0 mmol / L; 5. No serious diabetic complications, such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot, etc; 6. Those who agree to participate in the trial and sign the written informed consent; 7. Patients can provide detailed contact information, willing to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, brain, kidney and hematopoietic system were found; 2. Patients with acute metabolic disorder such as diabetic ketoacidosis and co infection in recent one month; 3. Severe mental disorders, hysteria; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
