18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring initial rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Body mass index was 20-35 kg/m2; 4. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I - III level; 5. The patient signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcohol or drug abuse and and allergic to any drugs in this trial; 2. Long-term opioid users(opioids were used daily or almost daily for more than 3 months); 3. Language impairment and inability to perform pain numerical scales (NRS); 4. Local skin infection and bleeding at the puncture site of anesthesia; 5. Patients considered unfit for inclusion by the surgeon or anesthesiologist.
