Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It was consistent with sepsis 3.0 diagnosis; 2. Check in time > 24 hours; 3. Aged over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brain injury diagnosed before and after admission; 2. Mental illness; 3. Patients with other types of encephalopathy; 4. Hearing and visual impairment; 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
