18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70; 2. Type C fracture of the distal radius (AO classification) with closed fracture; 3. X-ray film indicated that the palmar Angle and ulnar Angle were greater than 15°, and the articular surface displacement was greater than 2mm; 4. Manual reset failure; 5. The injury time was less than 2 weeks and there was no neurovascular injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture; 2. Patients with severe osteoporosis caused by rheumatic immune arthritis and other reasons; 3. Bilateral distal radius fractures; 4. Complicated with multiple head and chest injuries and multiple fractures; 5. Complicated with other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, unable to tolerate surgery.
