Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult (age >= 18 years); 2. ASA grade I - II; 3. Patients undergoing thyroid surgery; 4. Patients who signed informed consent and subject statement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous neck surgery; 2. History of surgical site infection; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients treated with opioids, NSAIDs and steroids within two weeks; 5. Patients with chronic pain who need to be treated with opioids after operation; 6. Patients who are allergic or contraindicated to the test drug.
