Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with suspected CHD who complained of chest pain and other uncomfortable symptoms, ECG evidence of myocardial ischemia (ST-T segment change), abnormal markers of myocardial injury, and met any two of the above three diagnostic criteria, and received coronary angiography in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing serious cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure); 2. Previous history of stroke (stroke, cerebral infarction); 3. Cancer patients; 4. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. Patients with severe anemia and diseases of the blood system; 6. Patients with severe systemic infection or trauma; 7. Underwent surgery within six months.
