40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received laparoscopic radical nephrectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital; 2. Aged 40 to 75 years old; 3. ASA grades I-II; 4. Body mass index (BMI)<40kg/m^2; 5. Liver and kidney function are normal before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung and brain diseases; 2. Patients without informed consent; 3. Patients with serious complications during surgery; 4. Abnormal coagulation function; 5. Contraindications of quadratus lumborum block (QLB).
