Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years and over; 2. Inpatients in geriatrics Department, Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University; 3. Meet 3 or more items in FP; 4. Clear mind, able to understand and cooperate with the test, language communication barrier-free; 5. Sign informed consent to participate in this project voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organ failure, disability or terminal disease; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness, personality disorder or brain organ disease; 3. Patients who have been diagnosed with severe dementia and are taking relevant treatment drugs; 4. Patients hospitalized for physical examination or other non-disease during the follow-up period; 5. Participating in other clinical investigators.
