Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged over 18 years old; 2. Ulcerative colitis was diagnosed; 3. The confocal laser endoscopy was completed, and the video and pictures were recorded in accordance with the operation specifications, with complete basic information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to fluorescein sodium and acridine yellow; 2. Patients with serious heart and lung diseases who cannot tolerate endoscopic examination; 3. Patients with shock, hemodynamic instability, gastrointestinal perforation and other critical cases are suspected; 4. Acute inflammation of digestive tract, especially in patients with corrosive inflammation; 5. Patients with obvious thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms and stroke; 6. Peritonitis patients; 7. Patients with severe acute diverticulitis; 8. Fulminant colitis; 9. Persons suffering from mental illness and unable to cooperate with the examination; 10. Patients with recent myocardial infarction or pulmonary infarction; 11. Gastrointestinal obstruction, stenosis, diverticulum, and fistula are known or suspected; 12. Under the age of 18.
