Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The condition is stable and is included in the standard of cerebral infarction recovery period with reference to the "Key Points of Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases" revised by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995; 2. The patients and their families were informed and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from infectious or systemic inflammatory diseases; 2.Patients with chronic diseases such as heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction = 20x10^9/L); 4.Patients with abnormal thyroid function; 5.Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (transaminase>2 times the upper limit of normal, creatinine>2.0mg/dL); 6.Patients with malignant tumors; 7.Those who have taken vitamin D and related products orally within 3 months.
