Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients with ischemic stroke; 2. Aged between 18 and 80; 3. Have a clear consciousness, can understand Mandarin and carry out normal communication and communication; 4. NIHSS score <=8; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, cardiopulmonary diseases and other serious organ lesions; 2. People with cognitive impairment or severe mental disorders are unable to cooperate; 3. Unwillingness to attend or refuse to follow visitors. 4. Those who have participated in other research projects.
