Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Child patient of tonsillectomy or adenoidectony who had not received surgery and anesthesia; 2. Three to six years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with incomplete medical records; 2. Children with congenital heart disease; 3. Children with mental illness; 4. Children with developmental deley.
