Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mild to moderate dysphagia (the score of washan drinking water test <= 2 points or the score of self-rating index of dysphagia 2-4 points, diagnosed and assessed by rehabilitation doctors as mild to moderate dysphagia), who signed informed consent and could be observed continuously for 15 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral intake less than 1/2 of normal food intake; 2. HbAlc 6.5% or higher; 3. Have liver and kidney insufficiency, and has been complicated with serious diseases in recent 3 months, such as severe infection, surgery, and mental system diseases.
