Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 60 (including 18 and 60), regardless of gender; 2. The maxillary anterior teeth aesthetic area cannot be preserved; 3. Inflammation can not be removed; 4. The immediate implant site should have enough bone mass to maintain the initial stability of the implant; 5. The defect site was favorable type; 6. No contraindications of systemic diseases; 7. The patients are informed the benefits and risks of this study and is willing to participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Affected teeth with acute apical infection in the aesthetic area, acute inflammatory periodontal disease, and affected teeth with acute soft tissue inflammation; 2.Acute infection, abscess swelling, chronic unhealed periapical periodontitis exists at the tooth extraction site, and inflammation cannot be removed; 3.Bone volumes are insufficient to maintain the initial stability of implants; 4.Those who have bad oral hygiene habits that cannot be corrected; 5.Patients with serious bad occlusal relationship or severe habitual bruxism; 6.Heart disease (i.e., grade II and above heart function disease); Abnormal liver and renal function (ALT, AST > 1.5 times normal value; Patients with diabetes and poor blood glucose control (fasting blood glucose >= 8.0mmol /L after control); 7.Uncontrolled metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, rickets, thyroid disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8.Patients with bone diseases such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia and osteosclerosis; 9.Various bone defects in the active stage of malignant tumors, active infectious lesions and metabolic bone diseases; 10.Local acute infection of body infection or surgical site; 11.Patients with aplastic anemia and other blood diseases, who have taken anticoagulant drugs in the last 3 months or whose coagulation test is not within the normal range; 12.The use of drugs that may affect the healing of soft and hard tissues, such as long-term use of sedative-hypnotic drugs (continuous use for more than 3 months), long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or adrenal corticosteroids (continuous use for more than 3 months), or patients who have received drugs that may affect or promote bone metabolism in the past 3 months; 13.Heavy smokers (more than 20 cigarettes per day) in the past 6 months and during bone healing; 14.Autoimmune diseases; 15.Undergoing radiation therapy; 16.Mental illness, substance abuse, alcoholism; 17.People who are known to be allergic to the materials used in the product; 18.Pregnant and lactating women.
