18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old (up to the date of screening); 2. Patients who meet the 2010 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis, or patients with clinical diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, or patients with joint pain without any other rheumatoid immune diseases; 3. Patients with multiple disease activity scores.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with seronegative rheumatoid arthritis or joint pain combined with other autoimmune diseases; 2. Patients with seronegative rheumatoid arthritis or arthralgia with serum ANA >= 1:320; 3. Patients with seronegative rheumatoid arthritis or arthralgia without hand MRI; 4. Patients with active hepatitis B, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Patients with severe infection.
