19 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 19-65 years old; 2. Weighed 40-80kg; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) gradeI-II, operation time >1h; 4. Preoperative Mallampatti airway assessment was graded I or II in all patients; 5. Liver and kidney function are normal; 6. No history of neuromuscular system diseases; 7. No recent use of drugs that interfere with neuromuscular transmission function or may interfere with the effects of muscle relaxants; 8. No electrolyte abnormality and acid-base balance disorders; 9. Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic abdominal surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver and renal dysfunction; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients with valvular heart disease; 4.Ppatients with neuromuscular system diseases, who used drugs that interfere with neuromuscular transmission function or affect the effect of muscle relaxants; 5. Patients with severe respiratory diseases; 6. Other anesthesia and surgical contraindications; 7. Allergic to bromide.

The grade of endotracheal intubation conditions;Intraoperative muscle relaxation degree;Intraoperative dosage of rocuronium and average infusion rate;The BP, HR, SpO2, BIS values and PetCO2 were recorded at the basal value after patients admission, immediately after intubation, and when T1% was restored to 10%, 25%, and 75%;
