Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of first-episode ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke by head CT or MRI examination (diagnosis conforms to the "Key Points of Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" consensus formulated by the Cerebrovascular Disease Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association); 2. The course of disease is 3 weeks to 6 months; 3. Aged 30 to 80 years; 4. Unilateral hemiplegia; 5. Maximum expiratory MEP and maximum inspiratory MIP account for less than 80% of the predicted value, or the diaphragm activity during deep breathing is lower than the normal value (men < 47 mm, women < 37 mm) or pulmonary function FVC and FEV1 account for < 80% of the predicted value; 6. Good listening and understanding, can follow the instructions; 7. Participate in this research voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, mental or cognitive impairment (Moca<26 points); 2. Accompanied by epilepsy, malignant tumor and severe heart, lung, liver and kidney damage; 3. There is a metal foreign body in the skull; 4. Alcohol or drug addiction, etc.
