Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 60 years and over.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. ASA grade >= IV; 3. Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. Severe uncontrolled hypertension (SBP >= 180 mmHg or DBP >= 110 mmHg); 5. Preoperative nausea and vomiting; Patients who are severely dehydrated; 6. Equipped with implantable or cardiopulmonary assist devices (such as ventricular assist devices or ECMO); 7. Patients who have been treated in the ICU before surgery, patients under general anesthesia; 8. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who can notengage in face-to-face communication.
