Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults over the age of 18; 2. Diagnosed with upper urinary tract calculi; 3. There are treatment indications for extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and acupoint acupuncture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of fainting needles; 2. Local skin infections, ulcers, etc. are not suitable for acupuncture; 3. There are contraindications for extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.
