18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Biliary tract obstruction confirmed by CT scan and/or MRCP; 2. TBil > 21 umol/L; 3. Patients who are unable to or failed from ERCP drainage; 4. Refuse percutaneous transhepatic bile duct drainage (PTCD); 5. Aged 18 to 85 years; 6. Patients who agree to take this trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation disorders and/or cardiopulmonary insufficiency and unable to take endoscopic procedures; 2. Patients who are allergic to cephalosporin; 3. Patients with acute cholangitis, bacteremia, sepsis, and other signs of infection; 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 5. Patients who do not agree to participate in the trial or refuse to sign the informed consent; 6. Patients who may not cooperate judged by the researchers; 7. Patients who are not able to take EUS-BD, judged by endoscopists in the research team.
