Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for vascular cognitive impairment in the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment; 2. Aged 20 - 75 years; 3. MMSE: illiteracy <= 17 points, elementary school education patients =19 points, junior high school and above cultural patients <= 24 points; 4. Subjects or their family members (guardians) informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe disease or progressive deterioration of the underlying disease; 2. The acute attack of heart, brain, and lung diseases, other causes of white matter high signal, such as brain infections, etc.; 3. Obvious aphasia or color blindness, unable to understand or cooperate with assessment and treatment instructions; 4. Metal implants in the skull; 5. Patients with seizure history and family history; 6. Patients with previous intellectual disability, mental illness and depression; 7. Patients considered by other researchers to be unsuitable to participate in the study.
