Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Health group: 1. Periodontal health; 2.The number of remaining teeth in the mouth is not less than 20; 3. Good health, no history of smoking, no history of diabetes or family history, normal blood sugar level; 4. No infections in digestive, respiratory, reproductive, urinary systems or other parts of the body, and no other serious diseases. Periodontitis group: 1. >= 30% of the tooth position in the mouth spreads; 2.The most serious loss of adhesion between neighbors >= 5mm; 3. Bone resorption to 1/2 of the root or 1/3 of the root tip; 4. Remaining teeth may be less than 20, which may be accompanied by other complicated symptoms: root bifurcation disease, secondary complication trauma, occlusal disorder, etc.; 5. The degree of periodontal damage matches the degree of plaque adhesion; 6. No history of periodontal disease treatment within six months (otherwise it will affect the real situation). Diabetic periodontitis group: 1. The patient was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with a course of 1 year or more; there was no history of other serious systemic diseases and complications; after detailed physical examination, no history of inflammation, infection and disease in the respiratory, digestive, genitourinary and other parts of the body and other parts of the body; 2. The patient's diabetic condition, and the dosage of medication has not changed significantly recently; 3. No smoking history; 4. The inclusion criteria for periodontitis are the same as above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluded cases: hematopathy, liver damage, kidney disease, tumor, acute macrovascular complications within 1 month, taking any drugs that affect systemic inflammation indicators in the past 3 months, history of major surgical trauma within half a year, within half a year Have undergone periodontal treatment.
