20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-40 years; 2. The week of pregnancy is 28-30 weeks; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. The scores of CAQ >= 28; 5. Be able to read and write in Chinese. 6. Delivery is planned in this hospital; 7. Be able to use smart mobile phone fluently; 8. The informed consent is given and not participate in a similar study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature birth, premature diaphragm, fetal malformation, cervical dysfunction and other obstetric indicators are abnormal; 2. Serious pregnancy complications such as eclampsia, heart disease, thyroid dysfunction; 3. Be diagnosed as mental disorders and major physical diseases previously; 4. Exit halfway; 5. Missing data of questionnaire is >= 20%; 6. COVID-19 patient or close contacts.
