Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: Singleton pregnant women aged between 20 and 45 at 0-12 weeks of gestation; Meets the diagnostic criteria of GDM. Control group: 1:1 individual matching was conducted with the case group, with the matching criteria being normal pregnant women of the same gender, with an age difference of less than 2 years, and a BMI difference of less than 1kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: People who with type 1 or type 2 diabetes; Hepatitis, syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; IVF, placental abruption, preeclampsia, patients with hyperthyroidism or chronic diseases such as liver and kidney, intellectual abnormalities, physical disabilities. Control group: Meets the diagnostic criteria of GDM, other exclusion criteria are the same as the case group.
