Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Epidemiological survey (1) Aged 60 years; (2) completed questionnaires independently; (3) volunteered to participate in the study. 2. intervention (1) Aged 60-80 years; (2) met the 2019 AWGS consensus sarcopenia diagnostic criteria; (3) volunteered as an investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Epidemiological investigation: (1) Those with severe mental diseases, such as communication disorders, cognitive disorders, etc., who could not express clearly and cooperate with screening, etc. (2) patients with artificial joint implantation or cardiac pacemaker installation, but unable to perform bioimpedance measurement. Nutritional intervention (1) acute disease state vital organ dysfunction malignant tumor; (2) dysphagia renal insufficiency and other unsuitable intervention; (3) mobility disability or bedridden; (4) cognitive dysfunction poor compliance.
