Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-III, aged 18-80 years, body mass index (BMI) 18-30, patients undergoing laparoscopic carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum radical colon cancer surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inflammatory diseases; 2. Patients who have received surgical treatment in the past 30 days; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Patients with renal diseases; 5. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs such as sedatives or antidepressants; 6. Difficulty in understanding language, mental illness, inability to visit hospitals for follow-up, etc.; 7. History of previous abdominal surgery, endocrine and immune system diseases (diabetes, thyroid disease, rheumatism, etc.), Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, preoperative hormones and non-steroids Anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs that affect the immune function of the body and patients who receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery.
