Interventions

group K:a bolus injection of 0.1 mg/kg esketamine intravenously after anesthesia induction, followed by a continuous intravenous infusion of 0.1 mg/kg/h throughout the operation
group C:a bolus injection of 0.1 mg/kg normal saline intravenously after anesthesia induction, followed by a continuous intravenous infusion of 0.1 mg/kg/h throughout the operation

18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; 2.Age: 18-79, no gender limitation; 3.ASA: Grade I-II; 4.18kg/m2 < BMI < 30kg/m2; 5.They voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe heart, lung, liver or kidney disease; 2.Patients with endocrine diseases such as pituitary , thyroid and adrenal; 3.Drug or alcohol dependence; 4.History of preoperative radiochemotherapy; 5.Neuromuscular diseases; 6.Pathological fatigue (Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, fibromyalgia); 7.Mental illness diagnosed before surgery; 8.Patients with contraindications to the use of esketamine.
