High-Voltage Group:The initial RF voltage is 65V, and then gradually increases to the maximum voltage that the patient can stand(< 100V)
Standard-Voltage Group:The RF voltage is 65V.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects volunteered and signed the informed consent of the test; 2. Subjects aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients diagnosed with unilateral thoracic or lumbar postherpetic neuralgia and pain duration = 6 on admission; 6. Patients who have not received pulsed radiofrequency therapy. 7. Patients did not participate in other clinical trials in the past three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergy to research drugs and contrast agents; 2. Patients with mental disorders and mental disorders who cannot tolerate minimally invasive surgery; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function or using anticoagulants; 4. Patients with severe heart, brain, kidney and liver dysfunction; 5. Patients with pacemakers; 6. Infection of puncture site; 7. Pregnant or puerperal patients; 8. Patients who cannot objectively describe symptoms or score with vas; 9. Patients who could not be followed up 3 months after treatment.
