Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are students 1. with age >18 years old; 2. studying healthcare-related programmes; 3. who can read and understand Chinese and English; 4. willing to attend the arranged activities and to complete questionnaires/interviews.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are students 1. who have taken laughter therapy or yoga-related courses, 2. who have taken the MHFA or a mental health-related course; 3. pre-medical conditions that are not physically or psychological fit for the course, e.g., hernia, heart disease, persistent cough with breathlessness, high blood pressure, any acute symptoms of cough, cold and fever, pregnancy, major psychiatric illness, etc.
