Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Healthy adults between the ages of 18-65 (including 18 and 65 years), non-pregnant. 2. History of chronic constipation; subjects reported an average of = 3 spontaneous bowel movements per week for at least 3 months prior to screening visits, and one or more of the following conditions persisted: (1) at least 1/4 of all bowel movements were very hard (spherical) and/or hard stool; (2) at least 1/4 of all bowel movements had a feeling of incomplete emptying; (3) at least 1/4 of all bowel movements were forced to defecate; (4) at least 1/4 of all bowel movements had an anorectal obstruction or obstruction; (5) Manual assistance is required for at least 1/4 of all bowel movements; the above criteria apply only to spontaneous bowel movements, e.g. no need to take any laxatives and enemas for 24 hours prior to defecation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a severe acute or chronic disease; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Need to take immunosuppressants, anti-inflammatory or weight-affecting drugs; 4. Smoke, drink, and are using other nutritional preparations that may affect the effect of the test; 5. Have taken probiotic products or used antibiotics in the past 4 weeks; 6. Have not used any drugs for constipation for at least 2 weeks before entering the treatment; 7. Those who cannot understand the various evaluation scales and complete the assessment and can cooperate with the completion of the planned course of treatment; 8. Sign informed consent.
