Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 65 years old; 2. Patients scheduled for hip replacement surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) physical condition >= IV; 2. The preoperative Mini Mental State Assessment Scale (MMSE) scored illiteracy (uneducated) 6 years) <= 24 points; 3. They have a history of dementia, schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, cerebrovascular disease, recent stroke and other mental disorders; 4. A history of severe anxiety, long-term use of opioids or other psychotropic substances; 5. Dialysis dependent renal failure and liver transaminase were 1.5 times higher than normal; 6. Severe hearing or visual impairment.
