Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria for patients with asthma: (1) Informed consent is signed by study participants; (2) All asthmatic patients had a history of recurrent episodes of wheezing; (3) Pulmonary function provocation test was positive; (4) No use or intermittent use of salbutamol aerosol (less than twice a week) and no use of inhaled or oral glucocorticoids; 2. The inclusion criteria of control subjects: (1) Informed consent is signed by study participants; (2) No abnormality was found in bilateral bronchus due to pulmonary nodules and other reasons; (3) There was no history of chest tightness or wheezing, and the pulmonary function provocation test was negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with a smoking history; 2. Patients with other diseases (such as COPD, bronchiectasis, respiratory tract infection), especially those with immune dysfunction.
