Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-25 years old; 2. Male roller skaters; 3. Be healthy without a history of cardiovascular and neuromuscular disorders; 4. 18.5 kg/m^2 <BMI <24kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having known musculoskeletal or neurological impairments limiting the capacity to undertake the exercise and testing requirements of the study; 2. Failing to comply with the experimental requirements and complete the experiment.
