Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children: (1) Healthy children aged 6-14 years with no skin lesions on both forearms; 2. Healthy adults: (1) Healthy adults aged 18-60 years with no skin lesions on both forearms; 3. Children with atopic dermatitis: (1) Aged 6-14; (2) Diagnosed as Atopic Dermatitis (AD) by a dermatologist, referring to Williams criteria or Yao Zhirong Clinical diagnostic criteria for AD in Chinese children; (3) Obtain informed consent from the patient's guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children and healthy adults: (1) Diagnosed with systemic skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis (AD); (2) Patients suffering from serious systemic diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney, and blood, autoimmune diseases, chronic serious infections, or other serious diseases that may affect the evaluation of skin barrier function; (3) The withdrawal time of local glucocorticoids was less than 2 weeks, or the withdrawal time of systemic glucocorticoid or other immunosuppressants (Tripterygium wilfordii, etc.) was less than 4 weeks; (4) Other reasons that the researcher considers not suitable for inclusion; 2. Children with atopic dermatitis: (1) Those who are known to be allergic to ingredients in external glucocorticoid creams or Atopalm MLE creams; (2) Patients suffering from serious systemic diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and blood, autoimmune diseases, chronic serious infections or other serious diseases that may affect the evaluation of skin barrier function; (3) The withdrawal time of local glucocorticoids was less than 2 weeks, and the withdrawal time of systemic glucocorticoid and other immunosuppressants (Tripterygium wilfordii, etc.) was less than 4 weeks; (4) Other reasons that the researcher considers not suitable for inclusion.
