Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for knee arthritis formulated by the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (2018 Edition); 2. Age >= 40 years; 3. Visual analog scale (VAS) score in recent month >= 3 points (full score 10 points); 4. If the patient's condition permits, he/she can cooperate with the study; 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The lower limbs underwent surgery within 6 months; 2. There are factors that are easy to induce adverse accidents during phototherapy intervention, such as uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction etc.
