Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-86; 2. Refractory dry eye and irregular corneal astigmatism; 3. The visual acuity of the naked eye is better than that of the digital finger; 4. Best corrected visual acuity >= 0.5; 5. The subjects understood the study requirements and treatment process, and provided written informed consent before any examination or treatment for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious keratitis is currently being treated; 2. Severe allergic conjunctivitis, low compliance and other potential contraindications lead to difficulties in the application of scleral endoscopy; 3. Diseases that affect sensory sensitivity (herpes disease, severe diabetes); 4. The anatomical variation of conjunctiva affects the correct wearing of the scleral mirror; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Other eye diseases other than dry eye (such as glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration) may have a significant impact on visual function; 7. Any other circumstances that the investigator believes expose the patient to excessive risk.
