18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain on the ulnar side of the wrist (little finger side), with clicking, popping or splitting sounds when the wrist is rotated forward or backward. It is aggravated by ulnar deviation, wrist hyperextension and forceful forearm rotation. Physical examination: positive "ulnar wrist stress test" or "compression test"; 2. Definite diagnosis of triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) injury on imaging x-ray, wrist arthrography or MRI; 3. No invasive treatment of the wrist joint in the last 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having received another treatment regimen within one month of the administration of PRP; 2. Serious violation of the protocol of this trial; 3. Discovery of a condition that makes participation in the study inappropriate; 4. Non-cooperation of the subject.
