Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class I to III; 3. Patients who are willing to participate in the trial and have provided written consent; 4. The operation time is 2 hours or more; 5. Hospital stay is at least 5 days after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing brain surgery; 2. Patients with a history of mental and psychological disorders and the recent use of sedatives, antipsychotic drugs, or anti-depression drugs; 3. Patients have severe language, hearing, vision, and cognitive dysfunction, which will prevent patients from cooperating with the questionnaire and sleep monitoring; 4. Using sedatives after surgery; 5. Patients who have been diagnosed with sleep disorders and have taken hypnotics for at least 3 months.
